Our Rules and Regulations at MMI

Dear members, please find below updated set of rules and regulations of the group. One love MM.
THE MM RULES AND REGULATIONS
Rule No. 1.
Members must ensure personal information submitted is accurate and authentic. No false identification details. e.g. name, address, email etc.

Rule No. 2
Members are to conduct themselves in a matured fashion with mutual respect for each other. No personal attacks /insults on members either by words or pictures.

Rule No. 3.
Background check of a member will/may be conducted when it is deemed necessary.

Rule No. 4
No embarrassing request for favours among members. Members are encouraged to inform the President, Vice President and/or General Secretary when fellow member seek financial assistance in any form. This does NOT mean members cannot assist themselves financially and otherwise.

Rule No. 5
No interference into member’s private affairs except on request.

Rule No. 6.
Posting of nude pictures, offensive sex cartoons and sketches are not allowed

Rule No. 7.
Uses of vulgar and derogatory statements are not permitted.

Rule No. 8.
Explicit sexual posting and comments are not allowed.

Rule No. 9
As matured men and women we are expected to mind our businesses. No rumour peddling among members.

Rule No. 10.
Any member who self delete himself/herself will wait 4 weeks before readmission after acceptable explanation.

Rule No. 11
Executive deletion /readmission will attract a minimum of 2 weeks and must be approved by the executive.

Rule No. 12
Members must avoid direct confrontation and attack of each other on the Matured Minders Initiative page and website. Kindly register your misgiving and ill feelings with the coordinator to make amendment possible. Where that fails, report to the Chief Whip or any of the executive member.

Rule No.13
Whatever we post, comment, or whatever information we obtain about a fellow member by virtue of being in this group, and whatever we see, read or hear must remain in the group. Do NOT use any information obtained about a fellow member in MMI against them outside the group.

Rule No.14
Only the General Secretary, Assistant General Secretary and Social Secretary and President can post birthday or any other social related information on the OFFICIAL PLATFORM. Directives for such posting will be clearly stated and must be adhered to.

Rule No. 15
Our major objectives in MMI is giving to the under privileged, therefore members not committed to annual dues shall be suspended at the end of Annual Year.

• NOTIFICATION OF VIOLATION OF RULE
Rule violators will be contacted as soon as the violation is noticed for a redress.

• PENALTY
As gentle men and women, violators of any of the rule(s) will be handed a warning. But where same violator continues with the act with disregards for set rules, he or she will be deleted after 3 warnings within a year.

• Member deleted for violators of rules can only be re-admitted back into the group after 1 months of deletion with a written apology and a promise to be of good conduct.
